I had a conversation with Colby regarding an issue on a home I represent as a real estate Broker. He was kind enough to direct me in a way where I (my homeowner)could save money even though they technically provide the service I requested. You don’t see a lot of that anymore in business and I greatly appreciate his time and effort. A true gentleman and I will highly recommend this company in the future.

We had a big franchise do water mitigation for us and called Blue Dot Restoration come in to quote the repairs as they were recommended by a friend. There work was top notch and they worked with my adjuster to make my life easier. I wish I called them first as they identified areas that were still left wet by the big franchise. If you need help with a broken pipe, make them your first call.
